laughingThis is the best thing I have heard till today. Laughter can help you to keep your weight in control. Yes, it has been proved through the scientific study. If you laugh 10 minutes in a day, then you burn about thousands of calories. This helps in the weight loss process. During the study it was noted that out of 131 individual, 124 were able to lose about 5 to 7 pounds in a month. So, this study has gives us a hope to lose weight that also very easily, just by laughing 10 minutes in a day. So, laugh out loud to lose weight easily.
